Monthly Rentals in El Macero

I stayed for a month Fall 2024. The studio was perfect - clean, calm and well equipped. Location is ok for UCD access by public transport and bike, as there are regular buses, but a bit less frequent at the weekend and night. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

I had everything I needed to attend a conference and spend a day in Davis even though I didn’t have a car. If you’re comfortable on a bike, it’s easy to get from Naomi’s place to downtown Davis on her provided bike. She also has helmets and a pump. I walked to a local restaurant the first night and to the budget grocery store for breakfast and dinner stuff. The neighborhood is pretty and felt safe.

Visited Davis to get a vibe of town for my daughter’s university options. House is perfect for a small group. Very close to downtown and the UC campus. It was clean and covered all the essentials. Alex and Shareen are great communicators. I would definitely recommend this cute home for anyone coming to town.

Such a cute place and wonderful host! My teens and I had a really nice weekend in Davis and felt really comfortable and safe here. It was convenient to everything around UC Davis/downtown. The house has a lot of cute touches and is clean and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the welcome snacks and late check-in. Since we hit a ton of unexpected traffic getting there, we arrived around 10pm. I let the host know we would be later than planned and she kindly had the path to the backyard unit lit all along the walking path and lights were left on for us so we didn’t need to fumble in darkness. It was a great stay overall!
