The house is lovely, so nicely integrated into the nature, very stylish, cozy, peaceful and functional. Very close to the center and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay! And the hosts are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again

amazing location to find peace. the house complex is immersed into the jungle. there is a cool waterfall within 30 minutes walk. the place is reachable only with a 4x4 truck as you need to cross two small rivers. during our stay, unfortunately it rained a lot and the river was uncrossable. the host was extremely kind to let us stay one extra night free of charge and helped us out in bringing us any supplies we might need.

Excellent place for large families, the complex is super quiet and the beach the anchor is very quiet and practically private. The house is complete and super spacious, definitely my family and I will be back.

The perfect space for travelling alone or as a couple. Very quiet and at the same time central. 100% recommended.

Jose's accommodation is excellent. Our host was also very kind, without a doubt if you visit Samaná this should be the airbnb to choose, the kindness, the tranquility, value for money, very attentive, he guided us from beginning to end with everything, absolutely everything, you can ask him everything without fear and/or any shame, he recommended a place to buy typical sweets, etc. An important detail is that the road has many mangoes, you can take them and taste them😁

A peaceful, soulful tiny retreat We stayed at this tiny apartment in Las Terrenas with my wife and baby, and it was truly a special experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt a deep sense of peace — the sound of birds in the morning, the natural warmth of the wood, and a creative, minimalist design that invites you to slow down and take a breath. The space is small but beautifully designed. Everything is in its place, super clean, organized, and full of personality. It reminded me of a cozy Nordic cabin — simple yet rich in charm — with a tropical twist that makes it unforgettable. Harley was an excellent host, always responsive and thoughtful. You can tell there's love and care behind every detail. If you're looking for a quiet, inspiring place to disconnect and recharge, this is it. We'd love to come back.

one of the most BEAUTIFUL places we’ve stayed while traveling around DR. Communication w/ Alexandra was quick & responsive. The home was stocked up w/ all necessities & even gave us extra towels & even had drinkable water which other places we’ve stayed at didn’t offered. Rooms were cool w/ their AC & convenient with the attached bathrooms. 10/10 !! My in-laws fell in love w/ the place & we’ll definitely be coming back. MIL was only sad bc the only thing missing was coffee. Aside from that we don’t have any complaints & hope to come back soon !!

I've been to this apartment 3 times now. I've also stayed at other condos in the same complex, all since 2015. Security guards, gardener & cleaning personel all k ow me.. I like the location as it's close to the beach & groceries. It's walkable ....no need for moto concho or taxi.

They were extremely friendly and gave us a lot of information to move in the terrains. They even picked us up at the collective stop when we arrived. super recommended this place.

Our host Desirée was very helpful and responsive. She always replied swiftly. We had some last minute requests, such as postponing the checkout and scheduling a taxi, and she helped us immediately without any problems. She also gave us a lot of tips and recommendations. Highly appreciated. The apartment is located close to the beach (5min. walk), restaurants (7-10min.), and mini supermarkets (10min.) which we found very convenient.

A must stay!! Do not over think it. You will enjoy this place. The place is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Lots to do but felt very private and secure throughout our stay. Judy is the best! Don’t miss out on booking this place.

I had already stayed in this residential complex, but not in this apartment, and it was an extraordinary change. Rosio is always attentive and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy the area. It fully matches the description and all the amenities. 100% recommended, we hope to return soon!

My family and I enjoyed this place truly, the view is spectacular... lots to do in this area like drive 4wheeler, pool, beach, restaurants, I mean it has it all. You will definitely won't get bored. I really like the place. Will stay again in the future.

We loved our stay in Las Terrenas so much that we were sad we booked only one night! The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped and modern! we enjoyed the swimming pool outside and privacy of the place. We had a movie night since there is a huge sofa and TV in living room. There is a little bit of walk to the center, but still we enjoyed it so much!

This is my 2nd time staying at Playa Bonita residences and I love it. The property is private, well maintained, and safe. It is very peaceful as well. The neighborhood has a ton of restaurants, activities, and beautiful beaches nearby, although I do recommend renting some form of transportation to get to the center of town. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The patio was a great place to relax with a comfy sofa and nice table setup. We enjoyed having coffee there in the mornings listening to the birds and also found it a great place to eat dinner and unwind from the day at the beach. The hot water worked well and there was drinking water conveniently available. Nidia provided clear instructions and local recommendations to help my my stay very smooth and enjoyable. All of the listed amenities were available as promised. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend this property!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Punta Playa Popy in Las Terrenas! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a quick walk to tons of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and activities. Everything you could want is less than 5 minutes away! The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool area that’s perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The beach nearby is breathtaking, and the vibe of the whole area is peaceful yet full of life. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were modern, clean, and brand new, we truly felt at home and it was dream come true vacation! The hosts are outstanding: welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips that made our trip even better. If you're thinking of coming to Las Terrenas, this is the place to stay. It’s central, lovely, and full of charm. Can’t wait to return—we highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway in Samaná! Definitely this beach was the most beautiful at the area!

Stayed 1 night. The apartment was in a secure location with keypad access to get In and out. The bedrooms had air conditioning which worked great and the living room had two fans that were remote controlled. The refrigerator and freezer worked great for what we needed. Manuel responded quick to our texts. We only used the apartment to shower & sleep as we had a party close by the day we arrived. They had a pack and play available for our baby which we set up. Would stay again.

Amazing !!! Beautiful home and location and our host was very helpful. We can’t wait to go back !!
