Good condominium and apartment close to the beach.

Great place and location.

We had a great few days at Erickson's apartment. The development is very quiet, you have the beach right in front and a lot of restaurants next door. The apartment has all the amenities you can expect and is very well maintained. Communication with Erickson was great, he answered my questions and made recommendations for us to do during our stay.

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

A peaceful, soulful tiny retreat We stayed at this tiny apartment in Las Terrenas with my wife and baby, and it was truly a special experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt a deep sense of peace — the sound of birds in the morning, the natural warmth of the wood, and a creative, minimalist design that invites you to slow down and take a breath. The space is small but beautifully designed. Everything is in its place, super clean, organized, and full of personality. It reminded me of a cozy Nordic cabin — simple yet rich in charm — with a tropical twist that makes it unforgettable. Harley was an excellent host, always responsive and thoughtful. You can tell there's love and care behind every detail. If you're looking for a quiet, inspiring place to disconnect and recharge, this is it. We'd love to come back.

Tim’s place is great, it’s a convenient location, with good WiFi, a quick walk to the beach, and super clean.

This was the nicest units in the area and provided a warm and welcoming environment. The staff kept the units and surrounding area very clean. We felt safe and enjoyed such a great space and layout. Camila was very responsive and made the check in and check out process very easy. I would highly suggest this location for a future vacation. The pool was very clean and peaceful.

Nice lower level condo with huge patio in front with super easy access to the main pool and restaurant. I spent two nights there and enjoyed the super comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

Juan was an absolutely incredible host. His hospitality is unmatched. Very. Lear instructions, lots of amenities, and a very very clean place. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

I recently stayed at Oliver’s Place, just steps from the beautiful beach in Las Terrenas. The atmosphere was inviting, and the location was perfect for beach lovers. The only downside was that the TV in the bedroom was broken, but it didn’t significantly impact our enjoyment. The charm of the place and its proximity to the beach made it a great choice. I would recommend Oliver’s Place and look forward to returning!

We had a great time. the apartment was clean with the top amenities! the setting is idyllic and relaxing. Big plus on the bed which is extremely comfortable. Small recommendation: Plan to check in before 7pm. We arrived a little late with the entry code not working. Fortunately our host was very responsive and could easily find us a solution, but the late hour created a little stress for us at the moment.

Amazing full kitchen! Great flowers on the premises. Warm shared pool. And lovely apartment layout right by one of the best beaches on the island. We are definitely hope to stay in this Airbnb in the future!

A truly beautiful place, the surroundings, the landscaping, the pools, the bbq area, the unit itself well furnished, well equipped, very responsive host, highly recommended.

Great place for solo, family or friends vacation. Great value with attentive host, recommended.

The accommodation is spacious and the location in the first row to the sea is fantastic. You can experience beautiful sunsets on the terrace. The beach is not crowded and slopes gently to the sea, only sand without stones. The penthouse itself is lovingly designed, but due to its age and proximity to the sea, it has some signs of ageing. In detail, it no longer looks as perfect as in the pictures, for Dom. Rep. conditions, it was totally ok for us. The topic of preventive maintenance and control of the facility has potential. Furthermore, the accommodation is not necessarily suitable for children, as there are a few crash points. There were some things that didn't work, but everything was fixed within a very short time. Ronny reacts very quickly, is easily accessible and exemplarily tries to give guests a nice stay. We were 12 people and were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest.

All I could say is excellent!! Best house I been. Thanks for everything.
