We had a great stay at Eugenio and Sofia's apartment! We found everything exactly as advertised. Communication with the hosts was cordial and quiet, and they always responded with agility. The location of the apartment is perfect, with great restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the surroundings, and a very close metro station. We highly recommend!

Our stay at the apartment was very pleasant. Everything was according to the indicated and had the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, it is important to take into account some details to improve the experience such as being cautious with the air conditioning and, above all, with one of the bathrooms, where it would be useful to implement additional measures to prevent water from spilling. On the other hand, the place is very convenient and walkable, especially in the morning and afternoon, with almost all amenities within walking distance. However, it is advisable to have a little more caution when walking around the area late at night. I want to highlight the kindness and availability of Erika, who helped us with any questions or concerns we had. Overall, our stay was very positive and we recommend the apartment to other travelers.

We went to a concert at Movistar Arena, and had the convenience of being able to get there perfectly back and forth. Alvaro is an excellent host, his house is very nice and the pool is coming very well, it is perfect. It is second time that I stay here and on this occasion Álvaro accepted my reservation without prior coordination and saved me the weekend. Luckily the house was available Super recommended, a 3 min drive to the big shops and a block amassanderia and convenience store. Thank you Álvaro! I'll be back :)

My experience has been really excellent in the house, everything has been perfect, from communication with Mireya, very attentive to all our requirements to how the house works. Regarding the house and the surroundings, really beautiful and clean, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. I highly recommend it.

We loved the house! It is next to the beach, in the second line of houses, it is very well equipped and the pieces are very spacious.

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

Carlos is a good host he met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment & the facilities. He also gave us some local recommendations. The sand dunes are only 15 minutes walk and the local cafe, bakery etc is only a 2 minute walk..which was convenient. its a safe area to walk around. The apartment is lovely with a balcony in which you can sit and enjoy the views. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here when visiting again!
