Holiday rentals with a patio in El Granizo

Beautiful dpto for up to four people. Very spacious, organized, with everything you need for the tourist. The building has amenities available to all who stay in it, such as pool, gym, game room, green spaces. A short walk from the beach and the Mall. No need to move the car. The area is safe, and at night very quiet, despite being in a commercial area of Viña. Excellent option to stay who looking to enjoy the beach, the sea and shopping in the most important shops in Chile. Fernanda, the host, always attentive to any inquiries, responding very quickly through email.

The stay was really good. I loved the apartment. It's nice and quiet. Something that was a bit uncomfortable was that the bathroom and the rooms smelled musty and had mold on the windows, but everything else was really good, really 100%. I would go back again. (VAYAN IS A PERFECT PLACE TO DISCONNECT)

Wonderful weekend at the dpto located in Concón. Very comfortable, quiet, clean and with everything you need to feel at home. Luisa had a nice detail when we arrived and the best part is that we were able to go with our kitten. Thank you for all Luisa.

We were happy as a family. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very clean, with a privileged view, the condominium's surroundings are spacious, clean, with a path for walking or jogging. The pool and lagoon are impeccable. We'd come back a thousand times.

Alvaro is an excellent host, his house is very nice and the pool is coming very well, it is perfect. It is second time that I stay here and on this occasion Álvaro accepted my reservation without prior coordination and saved me the weekend. Luckily the house was available Super recommended, a 3 min drive to the big shops and a block amassanderia and convenience store. Thank you Álvaro! I'll be back :)

We had a rich family weekend, the house is rich, comfortable and functional. I love the terrace with barbecue and stove. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family both in the house and in Maitencillo. We walk on the beach, enjoy playing sports and in the rich restaurants in the area. Very rich and nice experience, let's repeat it.

excellent stay, rich jacuzzi, the instructions were clear , also big . I just feel like they were missing more blanket ejje i am friolenta(had air conditioning axisj so q i save axisj )in my opinion. the Internet connection with the TV was not compatible was the detail that marked me the most but everything else excellent and grateful and exquisite place to rest

It was an excellent experience staying at Juan's house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very organized, it had everything you need to make our stay a wonderful experience. We travel as a family, with our dogs included, and we had a great time! The check-in and check-out was very flexible, which we appreciated and Juan was always very attentive to our needs. From the beginning, Carmen was always attentive to answer any questions. She welcomed us to the apartment and was there when we left. The apartment is impeccable. Super equipped, comfortable and very well scented, Gloria's care and dedication is very noticeable. Everything is in perfect condition, it has protection on the balcony and the parking is in the basement so the vehicle is very protected. The place is ideal for a family with children. The private beach has a super safe pool for them and the sand is ideal for them to play after swimming. Older children can enjoy the navigable lagoon with different activities. The place is highly recommended and fulfills everything offered in the listing. We hope to be back sometime. We really appreciate Gloria for all her attention.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!
