For a month post-operative recovery stay is an excellent place, having all the necessary amenities nearby. Bed is comfortable for this purpose. Nice and safe. Good connectivity to get around the city, either by metro or bus. Good disposition of concierge staff. Adela is very concerned about the guest. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was very well equipped to stay for several days, in addition to being a relatively new and very quiet condominium. It has a square, supermarket and gas pumps nearby. In addition, Francisca's service is very nice and she is attentive to any request.

Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I travel with an assistance dog, and although Airbnb policies state that they should not ask questions about the disability, the host accessed my dog's social media - which was on my profile - and then asked me personal questions that made me feel invaded in my privacy. I saw myself in the awkward situation of having to explain details of my health that I didn't have to share. In addition, a charge of $25,000 that did not apply was generated as service dogs are exempt from additional fees. Even though he had already been informed by message that he would travel with my assistance dog, he insisted that I should have said it explicitly, generating an environment of distrust and unnecessary tension. I did not feel respected or welcomed, which was especially difficult considering that the people we travel with assistance do so fairly for a real need, not for taste.

Luis is an excellent host, he maintained a fluid and expeditious communication since we entered his home, he always cared during our stay and subsequently when we made a request after the departure where he showed the best will to solve it. The home has all the amenities, cozy, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to a supermarket and pharmacy.

We loved the house! It is next to the beach, in the second line of houses, it is very well equipped and the pieces are very spacious.

Javiera was a great host, super helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing we would change was the hot water in the shower wasn't very hot and it would have been nice as the weather was cold but it's a minor detail, it was warm enough. Would stay again.

THE PLACE IS HOW THE PHOTOS WRITE, COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A STAY WITH COMPLETE UTENSILS AND CLEANING ELEMENTS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THE LOCATION HAS A STORE LESS THAN ONE BLOCK AND SHOPING MOOL ABOUT 12 BLOCKS AND VERY QUIET THE NEIGHBORHOOD. WOULD RETURN TO GO

The stay was amazing. The house is really VERY well equipped, nothing else was needed. The beautiful house, with a quincho and a pool out of the ordinary. The house I think is better than what appears in the photos. Jaime was always attentive and open to any questions. Super central to everything.

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

We were surprised. Better than the pictures. Marion Boa made it feel good and we felt at home. We sure know where to stay when we return to Puerto Natales. The house has a complete structure for travelers. I recommend the community.

Super complete apartment, with an amazing view. The dpto has many details thinking so you can enjoy it from the moment you are. Katherine and Andrea some genias, who was always willing, got us a wider garage and I leave notitas with super useful info.

The apartment is beautiful and super spacious and comfortable. We loved the view and the spacious kitchen. The only bad thing about the apartment is that it doesn't have a garage but Carla and Francisca were super friendly and got us a paid garage.
