Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chile

I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

Everything was fine with the hosts, beautiful place, comfortable in a very good area of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, who wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

The accommodation is perfect, it has a beautiful view of the sea, it has all the utensils to be able to cook something, there are several services. The accommodation instructions are very clear and I highlight the communication with Alvin. Totally recommended

Rodrigo was a great host, very kind and attentive to answer all our doubts. He gave us all the information and facilities so we could make the most of our stay. The house is very rich, practical, comfortable, easy to heat, and has an built-in quincho that is a super plus. We slept amazing and showers are wonderful! The clear view also allowed us to enjoy a great sunset. 100% recommended!

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

Our family created amazing memories during our stay at Vivian's beautiful oceanfront home. The surroundings were peaceful and pristine and I couldn't imagine a house with a more "wow" view. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. We felt right at home in paradise!!!

Excellent stay, a wonderful view of the beach, the accommodation is as described, the jar always with water ready to use. Mrs. Pilar is very friendly and always attentive. 100% recommended stay to relax and enjoy the view. PS: I recommend bringing paper to light the fire more easily, we had never used one, but we lit it without much difficulty.

The house is beautiful. Excellent views, impeccable gardens and pool. Semi-covered full quincho with gas grill. Area to light a campfire outside that we enjoy with the children. The 5 super complete agitations with private bath. The host is very friendly, always willing to help with questions about the use of the house and things to do in the area. We had an amazing family weekend. Highly recommended.

Robert was very considerate and concerned about our stay, an excellent host, answered all our questions instantly and recommended several views near the area. The place is excellent to disconnect from everything, we had a nice time and we were able to enjoy the hot tub with a wonderful view since we had good weather. We will definitely be back.

The place is close to the center of Puerto Varas and transportation to get to the different places to visit in the area of Lake Llanquihue. The apartment has everything described. I arrived on a somewhat complex day that was beyond everyone's control, but Jeannette was always attentive and willing to help at all times, which is greatly appreciated.

Luis was very kind in helping us get to the apartment since the GPS gave us another location as the arrival place and as for the accommodation, it was very well located, very quiet and with a beautiful view
