Perfect location to reach the main tourist spots in the area in a few minutes, Puerto Varas 10 min.Frutillar 15 minutes, Llanquihue and its beaches 2 minutes, airport 30 minutes. Perfect for disconnecting but at the same time close to everything, immersed in a beautiful dairy farm in the area! One minute away is the private beach of Club Gimnastico, a beautiful beach to enjoy the summer!

The Yellow Cabin

A rustic 34m2 interior cabin, located in an old neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from downtown. It has 2 floors, on the 1st there is a small living room + basic kitchen and 1 bathroom. On the 2nd, one bedroom with 2 beds, one full, and one twin. It has a separate entrance, the patio is shared with the main house and you have to pass through a corridor under construction. We're a quiet family, and we have 2 cats that you can see around. If you stay here, we will be happy to welcome you!

Our guest suite, ideal for singles or couples, is independent from our house and has a private entrance. The guest suite has a modern exterior and a comfortable interior. Our house is located on an old family farm near the beach (1.5 blocks to the beach). Our location is close to several beachside restaurants and bars. The little kitchen has a toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle and frigobar (small fridge) but does not have a cooktop. No es apropiada para niños menores de 7 años.

You should bring your personal items such as towels, shampoo, soap, etc. The tap water is not recommended for cooking or drinking, for that bring water in containers.
