The place has an excellent location, Alejandro is a very friendly and quick to respond host, the house is large and beautiful. The only detail that could improve is the television system in the living room since you can only see one channel, for the price you pay you should have cable at least in the living room, to make the television more stable, everything else excellent! The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay, from a private pool to a charming pathway that leads directly to the beach—just open a side gate from the garden. You can hear the soothing sound of the ocean from the house, which is truly wonderful. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook at home if you prefer, and there’s also a barbecue area for grilling. Additional amenities include a washer, Wi-Fi, and more. The house is very cozy, and I will definitely return—the price is absolutely worth it.

The accommodation met all the needs for an excellent stay, it was very clean and tidy. The communication with Felipe was very pleasant. As for the distance from the beach, it was about 7 minutes, and the walk was very pleasant. Close to businesses and the "main" street where supermarkets were located. Octavio's house is beautiful, and the view is wonderful. The house It is located in the Campomar condominium, which is a very established condominium, with good services, local streets, beach (not bathing) and security. The three pieces are comfortable, the living room, kitchen and dining room are spotless, all with ocean views. The house is VERY well equipped. Communication with Octavio was very simple, friendly and efficient.

Beautiful apartment and it's even much nicer than what you see in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy, it also had everything you need to cook which was essential in our stay, the condo is beautiful and has many activities to do inside, communication with the host was super good and all the instructions were clear so it was super easy for us to check in and check out, the walk down to the beach is about 10 minutes (the walk up is a bit difficult haha) and around the condo there is a small supermarket and small shops to buy things in case you forgot to bring something, in general our stay was super good.

The apartment was spotless, very clean and well organized which made our stay even more pleasurable. The sea view is simply spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable sunsets. The environment is very peaceful and pleasant, ideal for resting and disconnecting. In addition, the common areas are well maintained, which demonstrates the good care of the place. Regarding Francisco was very friendly and always worried, he was also flexible with checkout for which we are grateful.
