excellent place, nice and good disposition of Catalina, tidy and clean place. if there was something to say, it was that it was very difficult to open the lock on the entrance door to the apartment, apart from that, everything was excellent.

We were happy as a family. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very clean, with a privileged view, the condominium's surroundings are spacious, clean, with a path for walking or jogging. The pool and lagoon are impeccable. We'd come back a thousand times.

My experience has been really excellent in the house, everything has been perfect, from communication with Mireya, very attentive to all our requirements to how the house works. Regarding the house and the surroundings, really beautiful and clean, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. I highly recommend it.

While it’s an older estate, that only adds to its charm and character. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. German was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect for a beach getaway, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Whether lounging on the deck or exploring the area, we had a fantastic time. Simply wonderful. Marcial's place is beautiful, very welcoming. Super well equipped, we loved the spaces. The location is spectacular, we get our car out. Everything is close by, on foot. The beach , restaurants, business. Also Marcial was always attentive, he was very quick to respond. I 100% recommend Marcial's house. We just want to come back !!!

From the beginning, Carmen was always attentive to answer any questions. She welcomed us to the apartment and was there when we left. The apartment is impeccable. Super equipped, comfortable and very well scented, Gloria's care and dedication is very noticeable. Everything is in perfect condition, it has protection on the balcony and the parking is in the basement so the vehicle is very protected. The place is ideal for a family with children. The private beach has a super safe pool for them and the sand is ideal for them to play after swimming. Older children can enjoy the navigable lagoon with different activities. The place is highly recommended and fulfills everything offered in the listing. We hope to be back sometime. We really appreciate Gloria for all her attention.

Cozy accommodation, we loved the place with my family ( there were 4 of us) and the best thing is that they accepted a pet. It was a very beautiful place, good security and rich to go out in the evenings to walk as it was a large enclosure with nice green areas and very well kept. The exit to the beach was private, very close to the apartment and with a guard that was on the access. You could get there by walking the beach to restaurants or places to shop. The host sends all the instructions, very attentive to everything. Thank you!

Good location, close to everything, clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and with a water heater in very good condition. Be careful if you have a very large car, the space to maneuver is limited but not impossible. Very good value considering the area where it is located
