Beachfront holiday rental in El Cabanyal, Poblats Marítims

Fabulous location with lots of restaurants a short walk away. House was spotless and very roomy. Had everything we needed!

A beautiful apartment with two (!) large terraces. One with a beach view and one with a view of the city. So you have sun and view all day, depending on which terrace you sit on. The apartment is really spacious and the photos also reflect this very well. The decor is tasteful and cozy. Beautiful little souvenirs of travel are everywhere. Very cozy and also very quiet. It was all piktobello clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is even a private device for drinking water. The normal tap water is quite heavily mixed with chlorine. The location is very nicely located on the northern beach, so further away from the old town. However, several bus lines stop in the immediate vicinity, so everything is easily accessible. A big thank you to Ines, who took care of us and provided us with many good tips for this great city. A very likeable host.

I would like to thank the hospitable owners of this house, we felt during our vacation as if we were visiting this wonderful family. Very cozy, there is more than it can be necessary, thought out everything to the smallest detail, there are items for entertainment and recreation at home and on the beach, bicycles, tennis equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary textiles for relaxation. The house is in an incredible location on the beach, incredible views and a beautiful beach with the cleanest sea. We are very grateful to you, we would like to come back again. With love from Russia ♥️

The house is amazing, just like on the pictures. It’s very clean and smell nice. Carolina was very helpful and responsive to all the queries. We had a very relaxing time in the house. The place is beautiful, close to the beach and local restaurants. I would comeback here again and recommend the house to all my friends :)

We were hosted very well by his cousin who lives next door, despite the language barrier, he did everything to welcome us. Very good interaction with the owner who is very reactive.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is wonderfully comfortable and is within walking distance of the beach and very close to the metro, which makes it perfect for both relaxation and excursions. Everything you need is close by. Carlos is a fantastic host – very kind and helpful. We received a lot of useful information in advance, which made everything go smoothly. Everything was perfectly arranged. Absolutely recommended!

We had a very nice time in Cabanyal. David's apartment in an old, renovated fisherman's house is not super modern, but cozy, quaint and has everything you need. The location is really very good. On the one hand, quietly located, on the other hand both close to the sea/beach, as well as to good restaurants and shopping. The public transport to move within the city is very good and very cheap (tip: buy SUMA card in the tabacco: 10 cards for the first time 6 euros/reload 10 tickets for 4 euros) Davide is a very kind and accommodating host. When he checked in at 10.30 pm, he personally welcomed us. For questions during our vacation, he was always available via Whats App and responded super quickly. In person, he also stopped by to help us with a park violation. We can fully recommend Davide and his apartment!

We had a great time in Lolys Apartment. It's very close to the beach and there are several good Restaurants around. The place has all necessary kitchen tools, TV, etc. We can recommend it.

Antonio was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we made our booking- helping arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport with a baby seat, and then during our stay including finding a shop that sells a pram as we had forgotten ours! The apartment is less than 5 mins walk from the beach, which is beautiful and has plenty of restaurants along the front. Antonio also provided a local guide with recommendations, some of which we visited and would highly recommend! The place was clean, and there were lots of amenities provided including kitchen roll & spray, shampoo & shower gel, dishwasher tablets & washing machine liquid- all of these are super helpful when staying for a week or so and you don’t want to buy these from the supermarket! There are 2 convenience stores in the building and also a supermarket about a 25 min walk away. Would definitely stay again

Essential apartment and close to the sea. It is located in Patacona, a small town near Valencia. 15min by taxi from the center of Valencia

A wonderful apartment, location, spotless, with all the essential one could hope for, and then some. The two separate bathrooms were especially an appreciated feature. And Veronica could not be outdone in attending to this travelers lost items, immediately resolving concerns, making for a genuinely peaceful stay. Excellent all around !

Great apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – close to the sea, with a supermarket nearby, and a nice area for evening walks. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Pros- For us, this place checked all our boxes and we gave 5 stars. The apartment was very clean, tidy, stocked kitchen, starter trash bags, plenty of dish soap, and toliet paper. The view is literally 360° and stunning. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Elevator. Plenty of parking. Super close to Valencia Old Town and Aquarium (about 15 min drive). Cons- These are for full disclosure, but did not affect us directly. In order to maximize views, there is a lack of privacy and only one room (the twin) is fully enclosed. Even the shower has a window looking to the living room. Odd, yes, but the views didn't bother us and were gorgeous. One shower did not have hot water (hosts were quick to offer a plumber- we said no). There were some random ants around the apartment.

We had a very good time in the airbnb:) Rocío did a great job with the apartment, and the back terrace is amazing — perfect for sunbathing! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so the location is excellent.

Ester's place was a perfect place for my husband and I for our brief time in the Valencia area! Alboraia is just a bus or Uber from down town valencia. The location is spectacular and the photos are spot on. We loved the patio right on beach and such easy access to the beach. such a relaxing stay and they have everything you could need. would definitely come back!

Eugénia is very welcoming, he allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. the apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurant and the beach everything is within walking distance. free street parking or nearby small streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carina's home in Valencia, especially for its location close to the beach. The home had everything we needed, and having a washer/dryer was a major plus as we had been traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks prior to our stay. Carina is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout our stay. We had no issues with noise in the area at night and there were multiple convenience stores nearby. We realized that the neighborhood does not have the best reputation, but I will note that we felt very safe in Carina's home and when walking through the neighborhood. The locals who greeted us were very friendly, and we exercised only general caution that we would use anywhere else. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most certainly stay here again when we return to Valencia! Thanks again to Carina for being a fabulous host!
