Skilifte, Bikeparks und Sommerrodelbahn befinden sich in ca. 35 Autominuten Entfernung. Hunde bis zu einer Schulterhöhe von 40 cm und Kurzhaar- Rassen sind erlaubt.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. We are a friendly family and rent our 60 sqm apartment for max. 4 people. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! The local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent bike paths and mountain bike trails. For bikers, Lautenthal is a great start to the winding Harz Mountains!

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.
