Waterfront holiday rentals in Eijsden-Margraten

I loved staying here, the location is excellent and Bart and Vivienne were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Bart showed me exactly how the studio worked and left wine, beer, fruit and blueberry dessert for me to enjoy. They were so helpful and gave me a thinner duvet and Bart's bike, because I'm tall. It's very quiet and biking is easy in all directions. There's lots to do and plenty of cafes nearby.

We had a great time- thank you so much for that! The cottage is excellently equipped, so you don't have to bring anything except food. In addition, the location is really picturesque and very relaxing.

Great place to spend a quiet week with multiple options for hiking and mountain biking. It was so peaceful to wake up and see the cows and sheep's from the windows. Thank you Frank for being a friendly host.

We stayed for a WE with them. Unfortunately, we did not meet Philmar in person, but John welcomed us excellently, accompanied and said goodbye. So warm, stay with friends. Great equipped apartment. There's nothing missing, welcome water, beers and a bottle of wine were in the fridge. Coffee capsules, cookies, dishwashing tablets, just everything was there. More than you can expect. The accommodation is quietly located, about a 20-minute walk along the Maas, you are right in the middle of the city. Great town with really lots of nice cafes, restaurant and shops. 2 bikes were there for us, but we didn't use them, did everything on foot. Thank you for the beautiful weekend with lots of impressions. PS: we were allowed to experience the king's day in the NL, we were not aware when booking We can only recommend it. Best regards

This is a great place to base yourself for a weekend exploring Maastricht and the surroundings - it's right in the middle of things, close to the river, and just a few minutes walk from both the station and shops. I was there during Kingsday celebrations, it was a great to be close to the excitement, but also have a relatively calm escape to return to away from the big events at eg the Vrijthof. The place looks exactly like the photos - definitely not somewhere to try and cook your own dinner (and the shower is open in the main room, so do consider your privacy preferences), but it's got a very calm feel, and would be great for an artist (or to imagine you are one). Floor and her boyfriend were very responsive and provided extensive local advice, as well as videos to help with check-in.
