In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. The prices are based on an occupancy of 6 people (minimum charge). On Sunday, a late departure until 10 pm is already included in the price. Each additional person will be charged €26 per night. Very special house with park-like garden and Baroque gazebo. Access is via a private bridge. You have absolute privacy in the middle of the city. The park offers many different angles and corners on different levels and great views.
