Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

There are a number of hiking trails along our home. The apartment is only about 300 meters from the famous hiking trail 'Eifelsteig.' Shopping such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe are only about 2.5 km away. Furthermore, the accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest with meadows right behind the house. The historic town center is within 10 minutes' walking distance.
