Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

"La Ferme de Lou", farmhouse apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Wake up to the gentle sound of my donkey and meet my ponies, goats... Romantic getaway, family vacation or with friends, everything comes together to make these moments enjoyable!

Come and rest and relax on the banks of the Seine in a completely renovated chalet in a private and secure estate. Change of scenery guaranteed The cottages of the estate are built around a swimmable lake. Ours has direct access to the Seine (unsecured) On site, there is a communal pool open from June 15 to September 15. Playground for children, tennis courts, soccer and petanque. The estate is 1 hr 20 min from Paris, 20 min from Provins and 45 min from Fontainebleau.

The studio

Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Cozy chalet on the edge of the lake

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor that is not accessible. Cottage located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. Charming stone outbuilding part of a typical Briarde farmhouse in the heart of the picturesque village of Mons in Montois. (The garden is shared with the main house.) 1 hour from Paris and 45 minutes from Disneyland and Fontainebleau, you can fully enjoy the outdoors: sun loungers and dining area. A tobacco bar and the smallest cinema in Ile de France is in the village: not to be missed!
