Our eco-wooden house is located in the small town of Süderhastedt between the Kiel Canal and the North Sea. We ourselves live in Hamburg and have discovered this region away from the tourist hustle and bustle as an oasis of peace and a counterpoint to the big city. In the morning the rooster crows, in the evening the flames crackle in the fireplace and at night a heavenly peace under a clear starry sky. After the unfortunate fire of our cozy thatched cottage, we now have a light-flooded wooden house.

Mitten im Wald schlafen ist für viele ein Traum. Hier wird er wahr! Am Rande einer romantischen Waldlichtung steht dieser ökologisch ausgebaute Waldwagen mitten in der Natur und wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

Apartment near the North Sea/forest with dog

The apartment is located between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, in the Gieselautal Nature Reserve, a 5-minute walk to the Kiel Canal. Our Resthof is surrounded by forest, which is why this beautiful area is also called Dithmarscher Switzerland. Dogs are welcome here. The climatic health resort of Albersdorf, with the Stone Age Park AÖZA, is in the immediate vicinity. The North Sea with its beaches and surf school in Speicherkoog Meldorf can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The little Mukelbude

Our little Mukelbude is just the right place for a little break from everyday life and who wants to with families and farm connection. The chickens are especially looking forward to it! Inge's small farm is suitable as a starting point for numerous excursions in the area. The Kiel Canal is just around the corner, the North Sea about half an hour and the Baltic Sea about an hour away by car. Hamburg and Kiel are also an hour away. The town of Pommesgabel is about 7 km away.

Feel at home in other rooms for a short time!

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

Country life, wellness and nature

At the Thiessen-Hof, you can uniquely combine the best of country life with modern comfort and wellness, based on a sustainable energy concept. In a special natural landscape, you can enjoy the wide view over fields and hedgerows. The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

This apartment is the old classroom of a school over 100 years old. It has been completely renovated and the charm of bygone times has been preserved. The apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished for solo travelers, couples, families and also dog lovers. Quiet location, overlooking the garden and with a private, free parking space. A private terrace with seating is available for guests.
