JLL is right on the snowmobile/ATV trails in the Chippewa Nat'l Forest, and we have a private 1 mile hiking/ATV trail cut through the property. We boast the only private boat landing on the lake; this is a great fishing spot for walleye, panfish, bass, and northern. Here, you get 600' of lakeshore view!
