Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage has been renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and fine wooden veranda, where you sit very private, with beautiful views. Within 5 min. you drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you can find supermarkets, nice shops and catering. The dunes and the forest are within walking distance and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 min.

A garden with terrace is provided. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

't Achterend is a beautiful guesthouse in our North Holland farm, rural location in the village of Stroet, near the sea and forest... Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children, due to the ditch on the property. It is also possible to rent electric bicycles! We lived there as a couple and were very satisfied. It's very quiet. Places like Bergen and Alkmaar are quickly accessible by car and bicycle. We didn't miss anything. The garden is designed to be very close to nature. The chickens lay eggs every day and the cat is super cuddly. If the timing is right, we will go on holiday there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this super cozy place which was exactly as described in the advertisement. Everything was lovingly furnished and very clean – a real feel-good place. Particularly positive is the weekly cleaning service: the cleaning lady came regularly, cleaned thoroughly and changed bed linen and towels – really great! The surroundings around Warmenhuizen are fantastically beautiful and the beach is close by. A highlight was also the cafe right below the property – there are super tasty food and great drinks. We were completely satisfied and would definitely be happy to come back!

We immediately felt very comfortable in Martine's cottage. From the many windows and glass doors, even in the bedroom, you have great views of nature and on the beautiful terrace there are different seating options, even overlooking a small horse paddock. The cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. By bike we only had to cross the street and were directly in beautiful, bike-friendly surroundings. Martine immediately helped us with each of our concerns - we can't imagine a better host! Thanks again for everything! Also for the beautiful welcome! It's been a great time!

Jeannette and Peter are very sweet hosts! We had good and friendly communication,...They gave us many tips. Check-in could even be done earlier than expected. We would book the house in the beautifully landscaped park again at any time.
