Farm Cottage Eemnes 30 min from Amsterdam

Het is een heerlijke vrijstaande cottage met airconditioning van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer landelijke omgeving in de ruime tuin van onze boerderij uit 1703. Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

The Atelier in Eemnes is a nice detached cottage on our property. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a large double bed and a spacious walk-in shower. The cottage is located on the Eempolder, a nature reserve where many birds can be found. The Gooische heath and forests are within cycling distance. The cozy villages of Eemnes, Laren and Blaricum are also easily accessible by bicycle. Longer stays are also possible, just send a message for availability

In het guesthouse, gelegen in de tuin van onze boerderij uit 1815, bieden wij u een fraai appartement dat rust en privacy biedt en grenst aan een van de mooiste polders van Europa: de Eempolder.

Superb thatched guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just 20-25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of 'Het Gooi' within walking distance of the center of Laren. The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself. Wonderful stay in a relaxing, warm, vacation home, completely private, in the tranquility of the Eempolder. Charmwood is located in the polder between the farms. In front of the house on the dike, a protected bird breeding area begins, where you can enjoy hiking. Especially in the early morning or at the end of the day, you can enjoy the most amazing sunrises or sunsets.
