Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). The cottage, which is on the back of the property, is comfortably and stylishly furnished. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, covered front porch, 50' TV, super comfy beds and a firepit outside for your relaxation! Very close to light rail for visits into the city!
