Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Not only did I wish to save this building, I wanted to create a peaceful and romantic place where lasting memories would be made. As the cities grow, I believe special places like this become more important.

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year.
