The bus stops in front. Neighborhood has lots of trees, views of snow capped mountains, short drives to beaches, international restaurants. 12 mi to Seattle.

Complete with a huge deck for BBQ and enjoying the outdoors. Get away for a weekend and soak in the hot tub.  Perfect area for a PNW getaway within a short distance from Seattle and Snohomish.

Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
