Beach condo holiday rentals in Edisto Beach

Close walk to the beach and Coligny. The bed is super comfortable. The AC works really good. The kitchen is small, but has all the essentials. The little shampoo/conditioners were nice because we forgot to pack ours. The condo is decorated nicely and is quite cozy and comfortable.

My family and I loved the home! Would definitely come back. Super close to the beach, very peaceful, & Very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay!

Elizabeth responded quickly to questions. She is friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed her condo so much we extended our stay. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very close to private pier and beach. Was nice to go to the beach without the crowds of public beaches. Very close to Patriotic Point, Forts Sumpter and Moultrie. Many restaurants within walking distance. We hope to make it back next year!

This place was great, exactly what our family needed for our stay at the beach! Erik was responsive and proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach amenitites were a huge plus. The condo is in a great, private location. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Hilton Head! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The condo itself was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated. It was clear that a lot of care went into making sure everything was clean and comfortable. The host was fantastic—she communicated quickly and provided us with all the information we needed, including recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. It made the whole experience so much smoother and stress-free. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in Hilton Head. We can’t wait to return!

The condo is located in a perfect area. 5 minute walk to beach and Coco's for food and drink. Beautiful view of the ocean fromcommunicative. We spent more time on the balcony and pool than anywhere else. 2 hours to Charleston, 1 hour to Savannah. Every restaurant was great. The rental is highly recommended by us and Maryiln was very commmicative.

Best vacation spot for our 9 month old! Close to the pool and the beach and so easy to get around the island! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay, pool right outside, Beach within a few minutes walk. plenty of resort amenities. Kathy answered every question I asked and was very helpful. We will add rgis place to our list of placed to return to.

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

Great view, very comfy, appreciate being dog friendly! The beach accesses require a bit of a walk, but absolutely beautiful and worth it! Several great restaurants right in the area! Just an FYI, the access card that you pre-register for is not only for the “extras”, it is needed to enter the pool that is included. I did not understand this from the email that I received ahead of time and thus did not register. It didn’t cause a problem for me because we had family staying in the same area. Just a general heads up! Sweetgrass was very communicative and besides the small glitch in my understanding about the access card, they were very informative and available to answer questions!! Would definitely go through them again!!

Tidewater Shoals is wonderful place to unwind and relax! The view is amazing and the beach is quiet and peaceful! Their condo is very clean and we had everything we needed! They even go the extra mile and furnish beach towels and chairs for you! Will not hesitate to stay again. Our furry friends loved it too!

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

Mary’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! She was very responsive. The condo was supplied with all that we needed and was in a perfect location! We captured some beautiful sunsets off the back deck and really enjoyed seeing the deer and other wildlife. The beach was very quiet with not many people. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. It was a great weekend! We’ll definitely return!

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

Wonderful condo, beautiful and perfect for our family, couldn’t have picked a more perfect place! Proximity and views were amazing, spotlessly clean and came with everything we needed!! We had a dream vacation and will be coming back again!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was AMAZING! Couldn’t have asked for a better view and location. The interior was absolutely gorgeous, just like the photos, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful! Would 100% stay here again!

The unit looked just like the pictures. There were 4 of us so it was very comfortable. It was so clean and new looking. It was literally a block and a half away from the beach, very nice! My questions were answered right away when I contacted the owner. I would rent this location again.

We enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire condo was decorated very nicely. Warm and inviting. The view from the deck was beautiful and it was nicely furnished. Both comfortable and functional. The beach access was great too with a shower and hose in parking area to rinse everything off. We will be back.

My friends and I had a great stay! John was very responsive and gave us all the information and recommendations we needed ahead of time. The space was very clean and a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. There were free amenities on site and games, towels, beach chairs etc. so we had everything we needed. We will be back soon!

Best Air BNB I have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. It was pristine and the host was quickly responsive and answered all my questions. The ability to sit outside on the patio and have a view of the ocean was the highlight of this location and it’s about 5 minute walk from the Main Street where there are a plethora of restaraunts. It was perfect. Highly recommend if you visiting Folly!

Better than the pictures! Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants, awesome pool! The setup was perfect for our family (parents, young kids, and a set of grandparents) - plenty of space, 3 full bathrooms. We had an absolute blast and would stay again in a heartbeat!
