Otter Escape is perfectly located on a quiet cul-de-sac only 450 steps from the beach. Our home is spacious inside and out. Main floor master has a king bed, master bath with shower and soaking tub. Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a private bath and a TV in each bedroom. Open space living and dining area join a fully stocked kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the lulling sounds of the ocean while deer watching on both the front and back decks.

This place was magical! My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights at Nick and Nichole’s tiny home. It was very clean, the bed was really comfy and we had basic comforts like water, coffee and a small fridge. The gas fire pit on the deck was great to roast marshmallows over and make smores :) . It is the country, so expect bugs and ants. Don’t leave food unsealed and bring your bug spray. The bath house is in the other side of the barn, but it’s not too bad. It was a great excuse to see the animals and pet them again on the way. The bathroom was very cool and clean! Towels are provided in the house, so don’t forget them on the way. Ok, back the animals! Eugene, the baby goat, is adorable! Moe, the pig, is a treasure and we even got to see his babies and their mom! There were ducks, Rupert the cat, and we even saw the donkeys one night! Seeing the horses graze from bed, overlooking the pond with the moss hanging from the trees is just divine. We’ll be back in the winter :) SC heat is no joke

This house is super cute! We absolutely LOVED all the outdoor entertaining spaces, porches, decks and garage area. Walking distance from the beach and in a perfect location. This house was perfect for riding out tropical storm Debby. The house was one of the only houses on the island whose yard was not completely flooded. At one point during the storm we looked outside to see a ton of deer riding out the storm with us in the yard. We will definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay. The flowers were gorgeous and our daughter, husband, and I had a great time looking at the animals. The cottage was beautifully decorated. We were impressed by how well equipped the kitchenette was. We had everything needed. We appreciate the amazing hospitality. I would absolutely recommend.

Lovely condo on a mellow golf course on Edisto Island. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. No problems finding the place or getting in and didn't need to message the host at all, though her instructions were clear to begin with. The only thing not provided were soap, shampoo and conditioner for the shower--otherwise everything was as advertised. Would recommend!
