Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

The semi-detached house with separate entrance, renovated in April 2023, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the edge of the "Engelsmeer" nature reserve. You will be staying in the entire basement. A double room and, if required, an additional single room are available to you. Parking is on the premises. Your pet is as welcome in our house as you are.
