Wonderful year-round home. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

This unique home has its very own style that has emerged over the five years that we rebuilt the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbage, stalls, fence yard and sauna and bathing jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At your own beach there is a wood-fired sauna, bathing jetty, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow. For children there is swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!
