The property has all the useful and essential amenities. Shops are nearby a few minutes walk away. As we told Sylvain, our presence was not of a tourist nature but for another reason... the 18 years of our grandson Nathan. In summary, we were very satisfied👍😀. Thank you.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were lovely, on a quiet and peaceful farm. We could drive to the cutest of towns in every direction all within close proximity to the farm. It is also a reasonable distance to Rouen and Paris and further points of interest in the northern area of Normandy. The apartment was very cute, and had everything we needed. It was very clean, very modern, heated floors, bathroom with tub and shower, and kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't have been happier. We were there for two months and found the price to be very reasonable. Laure and Tanguy were such great hosts and helped whenever help was needed. We would highly recommend this stay and we will definitely return.

I stayed for 6 months in this very cocooning accommodation, I am delighted with the stay I spent there. The description is true to the accommodation, on a daily basis in the long term the bathtub and kitchen under the attic can be a little restrictive but the hosts mention it in the listing so no surprises and this in no way prevents long-term occupancy of the accommodation. The decoration is neat as well as the attention to detail at the entrance to the accommodation. If you have read the listing description and think it will work for you, I recommend this place, it is as described and easily accessible by car (parking 50-100m away). Plus, the hosts are lovely and available. Thanks for our stay
