All points of contact are within walking distance in a maximum of 10 minutes. The non-smoking apartment has two balconies and is located in an east-west direction. A parking space is available at the house. The apartment is very quiet despite the convenient location. A Rewe market is also around the corner. The apartment is extremely clean and well maintained.

Fully equipped, nicely decorated, with views over the rooftops and seagull screams. An extractor hood allows the fresh fish to be roasted, in the backyard there is a covered option for parking bikes and hanging laundry. If more guests want to stay: the armchairs are armchair beds.
