Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views and an otherworldly location in a serene meadow overlooked by the Kehsteinhaus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Berchtesgaden area. The restaurant which the property is attached to also serves excelled Bavarian food from Wednesday to Sunday.

Beautiful apartment, modern and appealing, very well equipped. Thank you for the generous coffee supply! Everything was very clean, we felt totally comfortable. Great view from the balcony. A parking space in front of the house was always available. We were able to take a wonderful hike to the Purtschellerhütte directly from the front door. A small grocery store that also offers rolls and bread from Mon - Fri is only 200m away, as well as the Holzkäfer restaurant with a very nice bar. We'd love to come back!

The apartment has everything you need. Everything is as good as new! The location is great and it is very quiet. Everyone in the house was very friendly and helpful. For us, the apartment was perfect! Fresh eggs were available to buy. If you need it dark, you should take sleep goggles with you. The bathroom is clean but a little small. The balcony is narrow, but this is normal for the type of building. However, if you want to do everything on foot, this is the wrong place. A car is necessary here. Thank you for 5 great nights.
