Beautiful and peaceful. It’s a well set up little haven away from everyday life. The thoughtfulness of Polly the host to ask if our children were allowed to have Haribo on arrival was a lovely touch. The rooms were high spec and cosy in such a way that you felt comfortable and relaxed there. Sea-Pauling beach is amazing and we woke to watch the sunrise on what felt like our own private beach just over the dunes behind Pot Luck. We’re already planning our next trip! Thank you

Thank you for a wonderful few days. A very warm cosy stay with a supersize double bed. Our doggies loved your garden and my daughter was grateful that you allowed her to visit with her hound! It was everything we expected and loved the Sunday roast at the Pleasure Boat Inn which we could easily walk to. Great value for money and the seals on the beach were the highlight of our weekend. Definitely be back again.

Extremely well appointed and decorated little cottage. Fresh flowers, cream and scones were a delightful welcome and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Liz responded quickly to any issues we had and supplied excellent local knowledge eg local walks.

We (4 adults, 1 toddler) had a really lovely stay at Kate's place. we booked it looking for a long weekend of peace and sea access, and it was perfect for that. The cottage was nicely laid-out, characterful but also well-appointed, and had very comfortable sofas. the kitchen, dining table and living area were all open-plan, which wasn't obvious in the photos but suited us great. dog park across the road if you have a dog. Kate greeted us on arrival and gave us some tips about the local area, and otherwise left us to get on, with the understanding of reaching out if we needed anything. The nearest beach (Cart Gap Beach) was about half a mile walk down a small country road, where there is also a car park, Cafe and public toilets. be aware that at high tide, there's not a lot of sand at Cart Gap - possibly better to move south wards down the coast. At medium or low tide, there's tons of flat sand, perfect for beach games or making sandcastles/holes. Would thoroughly recommend.
