Failand has a popular pub and grocery store/cafe and is a great place to enjoy glorious countryside yet with close proximity to Bristol.

Welcome! My property is in a great location overlooking Shirehampton golf course. We are close to all popular locations in Bristol. We have easy access to the M5 (Junction 18). It’s about a 30-minute drive to Bristol city centre and around 15 minutes drive to businesses like Rolls Royce,Air BuS GKN and the MOD. And a 15 mins drive away from southmead hospital and 30 mins from the BRI all have good bus routes close to the property. Bristol Uni halls are also a short drive away from us.
