Da qui sono facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi pubblici e anche a piedi i luoghi di maggior interesse culturale di Roma come Colosseo, Fori imperiali, Fontana di Trevi , e altri. La struttura si trova a fianco della stazione ferroviaria Termini. Per di più si ha anche la fermata capolinea navetta da/per l'aeroporto Ciampino/Fiumicino proprio davanti al nostro portone d'ingresso.
