The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. Stay in a beautiful valley surrounded by oat fields and horse pastures. Still, it's only about 20 minutes to the airport! Here, you can admire deer by the evening fire and wake up in the morning to the sound of birdsong or the clucking of chickens.
