Medieval Tower "Il Castellaccio"

You'll stay in a real medieval tower which is spread over three levels. On the ground floor you will find a living room with kitchen, on the first floor a bedroom with private bathroom and on the second floor the suite with private bathroom. The interiors are made particularly welcoming and evocative for the presence of antique furniture combined with more modern textiles and accessories and for the presence of the artistic ceramics of our territory. Outside you can enjoy a large private garden.

The Gothic cross-ribbed vault, the high tiled stove tower and living on four levels determine the extraordinary ambience of this apartment. Between Rome and Naples, on the northwestern edge of the Abruzzo National Park and at the end of the Val di Comino, below the beautiful mountain village of Picinisco lies this 400-year-old tower with 76 square meters on three floors. On the ground floor there is a typical Italian "salone" with a cozy fireplace and small kitchen, on the middle floor the shower room and one bedroom and on the upper floor another bedroom.

Once on the watchtower of an extensive fortified farm, guarded wheat and produce from the land. People came here to cook bread. Today this no longer happens but the tower maintains its charm as a fortress place to relax and feel protected .

Double room in Guard Tower built 1505 in centre

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
