One week before arrival you will be asked to provide a guest's ID, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Lifts are rare in Venice: there are about 50 steps, but they are not very steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage.

Terrace areas are at your disposal. Our premises accommodate one group at a time. So you can enjoy the place in peace. The hosts live in the main building and take care of your comfort.
