Apartma Summer Garden

Room 47 offers you private 1st floor of the house. There are 3 double bedrooms, private bathroom and big balcony with sunbeds and amazing mountain view. You are the only guest in the house. In the garden behind the house is an equipped summer kitchen ( toaster, microwave, electric stove and wodden BBQ grill ). There is also a lovely summer garden for use. The Room 47 is suitable for family, solo travellers or couples. (6max). Breakfast 12€ per person. Tourist tax is not included in the price.

Between a quiet courtyard and a private garden!

Indipendent apartment with no stairs and private door located between a peaceful courtyard facing a quiet canal and a wonderful private garden. The flat is totally restored, very bright (11 windows) and located in a wonderful neighborhood not touristic but close the most important venetian monuments. Five minutes away there are several good and inexpensive bars and restaurants (along the wonderful "Fondamenta della Misericordia"). Round the corner there is also a large and good supermarket.
