Holiday rentals with breakfast in Eastbourne

Our stay was lovely and peaceful, exactly what we wanted from an escape from London. The local area is beautiful and it was so easy and inexpensive to get to from London. You can easily walk to Frant village centre on footpaths with the instructions that our host gave us. Gayle (Moppy) was so helpful and responsive and gave local recommendations before hand and during our trip.

Really lovely house to stay in with welcoming hosts, a very comfortable room and beautifully prepared breakfast. Highly recommend a stay there.

The top floor bedroom in this property is just the most wonderful space it has ever been my pleasure to wake up in!! The house is so light and sunny with a glorious view of all the greeenery that is the beginning of the dunes. The property was very well equipped and the beds and bedding were so comfy, so much so that the friend I went with has ordered one of the beds as she said she hadn’t slept so well in years! Camber Sands and the dunes are absolutely stunning, such an amazing facility right on the doorstep. All in all, a really great stay and I will definitely be back - thanks Fran .

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

A lovely place to stay. I have been here before and came back as it’s so nice. Spotlessly clean and the treats make it all the more welcoming. Love the large shower and the big comfortable bed. Nikki popped round to check all was ok which was a lovely touch. Also the local pub just 10 minutes away serves lovely food.

From the moment we were enthusiastically welcomed at the door by Calypso, we knew we were going to have a happy week in Portslade. Both cats were very friendly and affectionate with all of us, making it a home from home for a family of four with two small boys. The home offers plenty of room for a getaway and has all the amenities you'd normally need if you were at home. Our elder son appreciated having a climbing frame in his room too! The pub next door was missing some of its fencing while we were staying, which removed a bit of privacy from the back garden, but thankfully when we were indoors we didn't notice any of the noise or smoke from the beer garden unless we had the back windows open. Our boys loved having open access to football pitches behind the pub. Parking was usually ok nearby but we struggled for a space one evening when there was a big event at the nearby Hindu temple. Bus and train connections into places like Brighton, Hove and Worthing were excellent.

We LOVED our stay here and plan to come back when our dog ( currently a puppy) is big enough to enjoy the longer walks on offer in the area! Helen is one of the best Airbnb hosts we have met who sent us so many great tips in advance that we could have stayed a few weeks and prob not seen it all. The apartment had everything we needed and was very cosy and comfortable! Bed was great too! We will be back soon! thanks so much for having us Helen : ). George, Emma & Pepper

The Old Workshop Cottage is set in a beautifully peaceful location. Tessa is a truly wonderful host, attentive and caring and nothing was too much trouble for her. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our time here, there is so much to explore in the area. We would highly recommend this cottage. Our daughter loved relaxing in the hammock!

Lovely space to spend a couple of days. Very countryside. June was a warm and helpful Host.

What can I say? I stayed for the night as my children had an overnight stay with their Brownies nearby so I thought I’d treat myself to a little getaway I cannot fault my stay, it truly was a wonderful stay. My hosts were very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. My accommodation was spotless! WiFi, Sky with the full package (I don’t even have the full package at my own home) NF & Prime Fridge was stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks & beers Breakfast stuff available also which was very kind of them 2 minutes walk from Tescos, there is also a big shopping centre which is about a 20 minute drive away I really felt at home here, I would 100% stay here again & would also recommend to my friends. Thank you Terry & Lesley you were brilliant hosts

Had a very enjoyable stay . Very good location for the sea, the town ,and cliff walks to Seven Sisters all within easy reach. Place was spotess , all amenities provided. Lovely well equipped kitchen and very attractive shower room . Comfortable bed . In addition Steven Yvonne had left an assortment of milk and breakfast cereals eggs and bread for us enough for the week. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Gemma's place. We wanted somewhere where we could relax and feel comfortable and this was perfect. The view from the balcony (when it wasn't raining) was beautiful and we can imagine on warm summery evenings it would be great. There was plenty of parking on the road (using the Ringo app), shops nearby and it was a peaceful area. We would stay here again.

Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

Fabulous place with a wonderful host, we will definitely return. Barbara was brilliant host and we loved our stay, the little extra bits like tea and coffee were really helpful as we arrived later in the day. We will definitely be returning and will stay longer next time.

Enid is absolutely lovely, she went out of her way to make sure we had a brilliant stay. Her place was very clean and well equipped. It is a little out of the way but was easy to get taxis and only 8/9 to get to Hastings old town. I would highly recommend.

The Airbnb is peaceful and surrounded by stunning gardens which our daughter loved exploring - even more beautiful than the photos in real life 😊 Comfortable bed, with everything you need in the Airbnb itself and lovely breakfast each morning. Jan’s place is just lovely, set in beautiful countryside and stunning gardens. Peaceful and quiet. Super generous continental breakfast. Comfy huge SK bed. We enjoyed interacting with Badger the dog too. Thanks for a great stay Jan.

Sally was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The place is in such a lovely setting along with the space being cosy and inviting! We hope to return again to explore the beautiful area further!

Sarah greeted us and gave us the warmest welcome, this was an absolutely perfect countryside escape! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautifully converted stable, tucked away in the stunning Kent countryside. The setting is peaceful and picturesque – a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. The space itself was spotlessly clean and styled to perfection, with a lovely blend of charm and comfort. The bed linens were luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay feel extra special. Every detail had clearly been considered with care. We wouldn’t hesitate to return – a real hidden gem!

Jo’s cottage is perfect in every way, so well laid out and excellent amenities. I cannot fault it. Jo has thought of everything and is a very generous host, providing treats and amongst other things, eggs juice bread and butter. Upon entering through a side gate it’s like stepping into a fairy land, a private and beautiful garden and a cottage to relax and unwind in. So well positioned to visit numerous attractions and beaches. The swing seat is a wonderful addition, on a summers day and well into the evening during and after spectacular sunsets it’s a great place to unwind and take in a a gorgeous view. ‘Badger Cam’ is a must! We saw them all the nights we were there along with a fox and this is a great way to watch them uninterrupted. I would highly recommend Jo as a host and her beautiful cottage you won’t be disappointed. We hope to return soon . Thank you Jo

Absolutely loved my stay in the shepherds hut, beautiful scenery of the land. Was very nice and clean. Hot tub was a nice addition to are stay as was the swing in the forest. I would definitely be coming back to sue as she was such a friendly host. And she gave us some nice recommendations of places to go and visit. And lovely homemade breakfasts brought to us every morning. Can’t wait to come back.

We are so glad we found this absolute Gem ! It was perfect for our weekend of calm with our pooch Louie . As well as a fantastic welcome from Viv we were greeted by both of her gorgeous dogs and a choir of happy birds. On the first morning , whilst contemplating the feast that Viv had modestly called breakfast provisions we saw lots of rabbits roaming right in front of the Cabin. Lots of lovely walks nearby and we had a fabulous Sunday roast at the Six Bells - a five minute drive away . A genuine getaway from it all - perfect
