Mon séjour chez Andrew s’est très bien passé. Andrew m’a très bien accueilli lors de mon arrivé et m’a également conseillé quelques bons endroits à visiter. Le logement était chaleureux, très bien rangé et propre, il correspondait exactement à la description. L’environnement est très calme et agréable, Chichester est également proche ce qui est pratique.

My stay at Ellerslie Lodge Annexe was absolutely lovely. From the moment I arrived, I appreciated the private entrance and free on-site parking, which made checking in and out seamless. The space itself was impeccably cleaned and thoughtfully appointed—comfortable, private, and ideal for both relaxation and productivity. Whether you're winding down after a long day or setting up a workspace, the annexe delivers on all counts . Communication with the host was smooth and professional. Check-in instructions were clear, and I felt well-supported without feeling intruded upon—exactly what you want in a self-check-in setup. Working in Portsmouth a few days a week currently - and this lotto find was perfect! Nice space to work & relax in, literally a 2 minute walk from the train station - and even closer to the shops and supermarket! Oh - and a seriously seriously comfy bed! I will most definitely be back!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen was amazing, the property was spotlessly clean and spacious throughout, and the bed was very comfortable. We had the perfect, restful stay and highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Lovely accomodation, beautiful surroundings & everything you could ask for !

We were fortunate to stay in both flats at The Priory due to family circumstances and the flexibility and kindness of Andrew and Vicky. 1 bedroom flat was perfect for a couple, lovely sea views with a sunny balcony. Well equipped with everything you need and very clean. 2 bedroom flat was very spacious and again lovely views, cleanliness and very well equipped with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the sea. We also used the gardens in the evening, sat in the sunshine with a G&T! Perfect. Both flats are in a great quiet location but only a 5-10 min walk to the old village and beach front. Thank you to Andrew and Vicky for making our stay comfortable and accommodating our needs. We will be booking again in the future.

Lovely quirky studio flat. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything! It is free street parking, you may not find a space immediately outside the flat, but in short walking distance, you will be able to find a space. Love the seats with beautiful flowers and plants where you can sit outside at the front. Our dog loved the beach which is a stone throw from the studio flat!

Immaculate little house with everything you need. Quiet location despite being near main road. Beautiful garden to look at from patio. Easy access to everywhere on IoW. Staircase is very steep, but as described.

This is a great flat, large, quiet, in a beautiful setting, and only about 30 seconds' walk from the cafe in the cloisters at the cathedral, where we went for breakfast. We would love to come back.

Ellis's apartment was clean and comfortable. The off-road parking was a useful bonus. The area was quiet, yet close to bars and restaurants. The information pack was helpful.

An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

The Coach Barn is small but perfectly formed! We stayed there while visiting family in the area, and enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The place was spotless, and had everything you might need. With four of us staying, the sofa bed was pre-made up when we arrived (avoiding a post-travel argument with the other half about how to get the bed out!). It was very warm, but as an upstairs flat in a mini heatwave, that was expected! We flung all the windows open, and the gated rural location allowed us some security to have them open all night for ventilation. It's a great little place, and we would be happy to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location, convenient for the shops, beach, coastal walks and access to other parts of the island. We loved the view from the bay window and enjoyed our cosy evenings and watched some of the large selection of dvd's. We'd highly recommend it for a holiday for a couple or a family.

Lucy was very welcoming on our arrival and showed us around the place and explained everything. During our stay we felt very at home. The beaches near by were lovely and lots of places to eat. Overall we were very happy and it was a nice place to stay for a weekend away. I would recommend Lucy to others :)

The apartment was easy to get, just focus on spotting the light blue gate 😁. The house was cozy, clean and private. I will definitely book again.

The host and his family are all nice helpful people. The area is also nice with shops nearby. Maybe just check with the host about parking, becquse we were not sure where we can park. Nice stay.

Rhiannon's flat was everything we wanted for our trip to Portsmouth. Nearby the sea front and our niece who we were visiting. The flat had everything we needed, and was nice and spacious. Rhiannon was a great host, easy to contact, friendly and kind (especially as we think our young son hid her remote control, which we couldn't find!) Thanks Rhiannon!

We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the sister hotel’s facilities including indoor and outdoor pools was fabulous and it was very well situated between the beach and the high street right next to the beautiful chine. Loved the Isle with its beautiful botanical gardens, beaches and dinosaur fossils to explore!

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

Was definitely the ‘Place to be’! Comfortable room in a central area of Southsea (Portsmouth) . 10 mins walk to the seafront and D-day museum and 15 mins walk Fratton train station. Close to supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. Thank you so much for been so accommodating. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Southsea and would love to stay again!!

What a wonderful stay, there was lots of instructions so you know exactly how to use everything. The kitchen was well equipped and there was instructions on how to use the microwave/ oven. The location was brilliant, lots of things to do around and a quick walk to the beach. The host has really thought of everything. Highly recommend.
