Family beach house a stones throw from the sea

ZiedRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Amazing stay is the word to use. The children said they missed the house at bracklesham bay when we got back home. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children (8,13,15) who went to bracklesham bay for half term from london. It was great, the house was perfect with everything you need; the host thought of everything, nothing is missing, I even took pictures of the kitchen drawers to buy the same things. The house is on a calm road, very practical and with a conservatory that allows you to enjoy being outside on a rainy day. The beach is very close 5min walk, you can hear the wave sound and the seagulls from the garden, playground is close, it is also 20min walk from east wittering shops and 10min drive from west wittering sandy beach. Nice walks in the area. There is a cafe close by and a bar with life music on h weekend. We enjoyed every day and every activity in the area, we will definitely come back renting a house from wellies and windbreakers (the best service I ever had).

White Roses a dog friendly retreat for two

MarieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely week in this comfortable and peaceful house, very close to Bembridge Beach and the Isle of Wight Coastal path. The house was as described, with a very comfortable bed and lots of kitchen equipment which made self catering very easy. Our dog loved the beaches and countryside walks, and we enjoyed several good meals in local pubs and cafes with sea views. Fantastic place to stay if you want a relaxing, easy holiday by the sea. Thank you again!

Hayling Island Beach Front

ChenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb!. The place was easy to find, and I booked it because I had a wedding nearby. Stopping at the Co-op on the way was convenient, and there are a few local shops which were handy. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and cozy, with plenty of utensils – a rarity in some places. The only minor issue was not having an iron on site, which I needed on the morning of the wedding. Although I received an eagerly-awaited response explaining they don't provide one due to insurance reasons, it would have been helpful to know beforehand so I could have planned accordingly (iron at home or use the shower steam to de-wrinkle clothes) The real gem of the place is the backyard, which leads onto the promenade. I had a great morning walk, and everyone was friendly. I can imagine how lovely it would be when the sun warms up. Plus, the parking space was great.

Hot Tub Beach Bungalow - parking & child friendly

AnnaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is a really lovely bungalow with everything you need for a break away. It is in a great location as you can walk to the beach or take-aways/restaurants. It is set in a quiet residential area and the hot tub is fab. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Seaside modern bungalow

IanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Fresh flowers and a hamper of wine, beer, and crisps welcomed us on arrival. Breakfasts were also taken care of, with provision of milk, bread, butter, eggs, orange juice and coffee. The location was nice and quiet (except for the occasional seagull 🙂) and The Street in Rustington has lots of useful shops (which is a rarity these days). The pie shop is one of my favourites. Walks along the seafront are just 5 minutes away from the bungalow. The bungalow itself is very stylish - I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the seating area surrounded by the pictures on the walls. Overall, a home from home.

A lovely couple of nights spent over half term. Our two kids (5 and 8) loved the stoney beach garden + main beach/sea just a few yards further on. Nice open-plan kitchen-lounge-dining area - just what’s needed!

Beautifully modernised home in central location

KayleighRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely week long stay in Emma’s house (myself, husband, 2 daughters and in laws). The house was spotlessly clean and spacious. My daughters loved their own bedroom with bunkbeds and equipment in the shed. Emma was quick to respond to a query I had upon arrival. The house has a beautiful open plan layout and bifold doors which we really made good use of. My only niggle was the lack of standing shower in the main bathroom, as we ended up all using the en suite for showers. But this isn’t necessarily something that isn’t shown in the pictures! But just be aware of this if there are a lot of adults who prefer to shower.

Detached bungalow near beach with private garden

AnneRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Maureen was a perfect host, took on board that I was totally blind but let me get on with it. Her responses to questions were fast and with great detail. The bungalow is perfect for my needs. Maureen allowed my assistance dog and wasn’t phased at all. The bungalow truly is a home from home, comfy, clean and exceptionally well equipped. I do hope she will allow us again.

Seaside Cosy Bungalow

StevenRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Lovely place to stay, unfortunately we had bad weather which meant that beach days didn't reallly happen for us which was a massive shame due to the close proximity from the air bnb. I would recommend this place though and decent hosts too. Many thanks.

Tide Cottage and Garden: Just steps from the Shore

MaryRating, 5 stars2 days ago
I've been here many times as family live nearby and it's just such a beautiful peaceful spot to base ourselves. Tide Cottage is a favourite place to come back to and I especially enjoy the peace and quiet, how comfy and homely the cottage is and how close to the sea and coast path for walks. Candy and Richard are responsive and friendly hosts, they've thought of everything you could want and need in the cottage and are always there if you need them. I always feel better for staying there. Thank you.

Willow-Oak-Seaview walk to Beach

ImogenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful and clean home. With young children the kids room with lots of toys and the garden Wendy house with bikes were a hit. Our host Julie messaged proactively and checked in with us to ensure we had a great stay. Excellent amenities, really couldn’t fault it. Really recommend.
