The Dairy at Bortons Farm is a self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the farmhouse. 15 minutes drive from Southwold, it offers a peaceful rural location but near to the beautiful beaches of Southwold and the busy market town of Beccles. We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed, secure garden. The living area has TV with Amazon Fire TV stick. The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. This charming recently modernised two bedroom end-terrace holiday cottage in the centre of the village conservation area sleeps up to four. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo, Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs. The garden is enclosed by hedging and fencing but it is not dog proof.
