Gorgeous Annexe, spotlessly clean and super comfy bed. We had a Wedding close by so couldn’t check in until very late; Kate our host was super friendly, clearly communicating everything and even left the light on! Would highly recommend - great Air bnb host & place to stay.

Back home in Sweden now after 3 nights in Warlingham. I can highly recommend the accommodation, it was clean and cosy and I really appreciated Isabel's flexibility when my Dad came by earlier in the day to drop off some things for me. I'd be more than happy to stay here again when visiting family in Caterham.

Robin is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. He had the system very well organised and communicated everything in advance, making for the smoothest check-in. He was also available on text and around to help as needed. The room was super comfy and cool. Loved staying there! It had a mini-bar and all the kitchen essentials. The room was spacious with an awesome projector for movies and an Alexa system. All good, and the relaxing swing was a highlight. The glass doors offered the most beautiful views – very green and peaceful. Loved the stay and will definitely be coming back!
