Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in East Point

Absolutely stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood—within 30 minutes of prime restaurants, shopping, and countless other attractions. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated only when necessary and was respectful of our privacy. As a bonus, the modern architecture is a pleasant treat and there's an excellent book collection on-site if you're into that kind of thing and have time to kill during your stay.

This place was a complete joke. I booked it because the listing clearly said three bedrooms and three beds — but what I got was a flimsy, uncomfortable folded-down couch with a sad pillow and a blanket that felt like it came from a lost-and-found bin. If this is what they count as a “bed,” then I guess sitting upright in a car also counts as luxury lodging. To make things worse, the driveway was practically unusable — so narrow and awkward that it was almost impossible to park. Everything in the house is old and dirty. It felt like every detail of this stay was designed to disappoint. $200 a night for this? I’ve paid less for actual hotels with real service, real beds, and actual parking. This felt like a scam disguised as a “cozy” Airbnb. The host should be embarrassed. If you value your comfort, sleep, or sanity — stay far away.

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and really nicely furnished and Savannah has clearly thought through everything guests might need. She was super responsive and helpful. The backyard is also a great spot for kids to run around and explore, and perfect for family photos. Would come again!

We had a great time. The neighborhood was peaceful, walkable, and beautiful. The house was cozy and had a really good vibe! We didn't have enough time to see/do everything, with that being said it's definitely worth coming back to!

Lovely location right around Freedom Park, super close to one of my favorite spots in town Manuel’s! I frequent Atlanta often, and this Airbnb is PERFECT for a quick girls weekend or two couples! Super eclectic, the entire space in tastefully decorated and my friend and I loved the private courtyard in the back. Amenities were lovely with lots of coffee, sugars and cream on hand, a few spices, and even a Britta in the fridge and ice molds (full!) in the freezer. And the beds were very comfortable too, another added plus! I’m normally a fan of staying primarily in Cabbagetown when I visit, but I am very excited to come stay in this neighborhood and in this Airbnb again in the future.

This home was simply amazing. The description of the home was so beautiful and accommodating. It was located near several attractions and the community itself was so beautiful. We will definitely choose this home again for our next visit to Atlanta.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking waking up to that scenery every morning was like a dream. The space was beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was just right. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I booked this for a quick one-night stay, but I wish we had stayed longer! The home is clean and cozy. The ceiling fan in the bedroom is amazing and kept us cool all night. It is in walking distance to parks and coffee. The outdoor space boosts chickens and it smells of flowers and herbs. The host thoughtfully left us some bug spray because the mosquitoes were out in force in Atlanta. This would be the perfect spot for a solo writing retreat. I hope to get back there next year to finish up a writing project. 10/10 would book again!

Olivia's place was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed. You want to be able to rest easily and well, in a place you feel safe in, and this place checks all those boxes. Everything was such lovely quality! For location, I was able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants, along with walking to my event easily and safely. Olivia's proactive and detailed instructions were incredibly helpful for being able to find and access the apartment, and she's 100% correct you should review them ahead of arriving. This has now become my go to for events in this area. Thank you for everything Olivia!

Shonda’s place was a great stay. It was in a convenient location to everywhere I needed to go. It was also clean and comfortable. I had no issues with communication whenever I needed to get in touch with her. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
