While guests are in the unit, the owners provide exclusive use of the backyard, including the firepit. The apartment has heat and an electric fireplace to keep you warm in the winter, and A/C for warmer summer months. This Fairly vacation rental is operated and managed by a local Caretaker (that lives in the neighborhood!). Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive local host contact information who will manage your reservation, provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, your local host is available 24/7. *4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicles are required in the Rocky Mountains, especially during the winter months.
