Small home w/big mountain fun

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. In the summer you can walk to nearby lakes and rivers for SUP and kayaking fun. Glenwood canyon is in biking distance. Glenwood Hot Springs and Iron Mountain Hot Springs are less than 20 miles away. In the winter you will be less than 50 miles to Vail, less than 40 miles to Beaver Creek, and around 30 miles to Sunlight Mountain. I have bikes and SUPs you may rent. Message me for details.
