Beautiful, bright, cozy 2-room apartment in a newly built villa with its own entrance in a quiet residential area. Free parking at the door. Access to your own private courtyard outside the front door. Bathroom with shower with "rainwater shower" and hand shower. The bedroom has 2 single beds that can be put together to form a large double bed. Living/dining room with well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and induction stove Sofa and dining/work table. Easy check-in with lockbox.

The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 4 units, but in my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

A lovely, light, modern apartment with a very high ceiling and big windows with great view. The bedroom is on a loft above the bathroom to make optimal use af space. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can be converted into a double bed or two single beds. It’s possible to drive by the metro or bus directly to the center of Copenhagen in only 12 min. From the airport to the apartment by Metro in just 30 min. The Metro station is only 300 meter from the apartment.

Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation with its own entrance. You have your own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a loft with a double bed, and a sofa bed on the ground floor that can be converted into another double bed with room for two. There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.

The basement apartment is accessed by a private entrance. The apartment is nicely decorated and everything is modernized. The house is a 5-minute walk from the S-train station and a 15-minute drive from Copenhagen city center. There is forest and beach within cycling distance. There are shopping and restaurant options within cycling and walking distance. Please note that we have a very friendly dog that can be in the garden when we are home

The annex is located in the garden, you get a room with 2 beds (elevation), smart TV with many channels, WiFi, dining area, private bathroom and kitchen. Possibility of access to the garden. You are welcome to bring your dog.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Hellerup station and has a separate entrance. It is approximately 70 m2 and has 2 rooms. One with a combined kitchen, dining room and bathroom, and one with a combined bedroom and living room. The room has a bed for 2 people and a sofa bed. In addition, there is a small toilet at the entrance.
