This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

As a newbie to Cham Island I think I was lucky to stay here because the host does everything to assist you with anything you might need. The host's aunt nextdoor cooks wonderful meals and the hospitality is unmatched! The view from the house is nice with a cool temple and some ocean in view as well! The beach is so close! Walk outside and there it is! You should definatly hire a little round boat to take you snorkeling just a short ways to the south! The coral is amazing and you can see why this island is protected! I will stay here again when I return to Cham for another round of island paradise!

It's a place where a large family of 9 stayed. It is a comfortable accommodation for 2 parents, 3 children, and 4 adults. In Da Nang, where I didn't know anyone, ahn became a reliable friend in Hoi An. ahn gave feedback from time to time through Airbnb messages, and kindly advised on all schedules, such as booking a pickup sanding, massage recommendations, and restaurant recommendations. Every room was fully equipped with air conditioning, and there were plenty of amenities. There is also a Vietnamese local restaurant and cafe pharmacy right in front. The kids said they liked it better than the hotel in Da Nang. I swam in our own accommodation until 10 pm. I did laundry, bought fruit at the dawn market, and drank water. I wish the common living room was a little cooler. However, all of ahn's responses were so great that I was satisfied. ahn was very reliable, and was a great help in a large family trip where there were no variables. The host said that he would find the hat I left in the restaurant and send the sunglasses I left in the accommodation to Korea... Really awesome! My image of Vietnamese people has improved.

Beautiful home in a secluded neighbourhood, Hannie was very helpful in providing information prior to our arrival and was accommodating in extra requests. The location was very serene and it was my family's favourite accommodation for our stay.

It's a much better place to stay than it looks. da At first, I was wondering why other users had good reviews, but after living, I think it's worth it. da I liked the friendly manager and the quick response. da From the point of view of using both breakfast and barbecue, the amount is very large. da Delicious food and clean facilities. Pickup and drop-off were also well guided, so I used it conveniently.

Her house was beautiful, everything was prepared, like the pictures, and breakfast and coffee are really good. She quickly recognized the tea we could ride on the move, and it was nice to have beer and drinks at home at a lower price than the market. If I come to Hoi An and Anbang Beach next time, I want to stay in her inner city again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Hoi An! The service was truly exceptional—communication was always quick and responsive. Phuong went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed, from arranging in-room massages and airport pickup to helping us find a fantastic babysitter for our 10 month old daughter (who absolutely adored her!). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We also looked forward to the delicious daily breakfast each morning. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hoi An! Bao took wonderful care of us, always contacted us to see if we needed anything, permanently ensured that we had water and drinks, gave us tips for food and activities. In addition, you can get a scooter for a low price. Breakfast was perfect and the staff were all super nice and accommodating. Sensational value for money, huge villa with private apartments and huge pool!

We came with friends for 5 days to Kiet's place and it's one of the best weeks of vacation we've had! The accommodation is impeccable with a large pool and beautiful large bedrooms. Kiet was the best host I was able to meet, he helped us with everything: taxi, visits, reservations... and his sister made us delicious breakfast. I will come back without hesitation to this place!

Highly recommend for your Hoi An stay. The refreshing pool is perfect for the Hoi An heat and to unwind after a big day out. The location is easily walkable to the best parts of Hoi An. The villa is so beautiful, authentic to Hoi An style. Thanks for the stay!

Vy's place is a mini-mansion with super high ceilings, stone steps and solid wood banister, a koi pond in a large front garden and balcony on the second floor. Sitting room on the second floor, would be perfect for 2 or 3 families traveling together to have their own space. The location is ideal, couldn't be better, it's in a little neighborhood that has its own shops, mini-mart, restaurants, pharmacy and spas, only a block from the river and the bridge that takes you to the foot of Hoi An Market. The produce market, is alive with activity early in the morning (worth getting up early to see). Across the river from the market is an amazing theater show; luneproduction com. Also, just a few blocks from the house is Memories Island theme park with lots of small productions and the evening finale is the largest live productions I've ever seen; booking hoianmemoriesland com. Vy is very helpful, responsive and attentive; she arranged my driver, even made me some home cooked meals! Book it

Our group of 6 was very happy with the house. Each had a bedroom and bathroom. Loved the pool.

I felt a little old, but overall, it was neat and tidy, so I was very satisfied. I was mainly in the accommodation because of the typhoon, and it was difficult to deliver food because of the distance, but when it wasn't raining, the delivery came well. Grab is also good when going to Old Town. Suyeon was also very kind and responded quickly to inquiries. I was here and then came to the Da Nang resort, but the kids wanted to go back to this accommodation. I want to go again next time ^ ^

Kiet is an absolute gem of a host. He (and his family) go completely out of their way to make sure your stay is incredible. Even taking my husband to the local restaurant when we arrived to help him get dinner. The homestay feels like a luxury backpackers lodge with international tourists milling about and savoring what Hoi An has to offer. The only thing I would say, for young families, is the two bedrooms villa is actually 2, single and separate units beside each other. Completely fine for our family with an 11 year old, but may be an issue for children who are not independent. The suites are beautiful and beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend Kiet’s place.

The place provides a certain level of privacy and we also have our private pool and it was super clean. And there is literally a huge bath tub inside our room. Bao and the staff are super nice and friendly. Highly recommend for family/ friend group/ couple

Amazing breakfast everyday. and when on the last day it was pouring rain, they all help with the luggages. I would recommend greatly staying at Villa Orchid Gardens
