Holiday rentals with breakfast in Duy Xuyên District

What a wonderful home to stay in ! So beautifully furnished with tasteful local decor, a lush private peaceful garden with a lovely fish pond, just a few minutes from the beach and only a short cab ride to the old quarter ! The breakfasts provided every morning were fabulous and any questions we had were answered immediately ! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beautiful stay in Hoi An !!

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

This is one of our favourite Air BNB in the world. It is authentic in a private garden area with beautiful walkways and gardens with a 1 minute walk to beautiful An Bang Beach. You should not look any further than Diems. Diem is the best host we have experienced. Greets you on arrival providing everything you need to know. Responsive with any questions you have and just joyful to get to know. The ladies provide you a fantastic breakfast every morning whatever you would like to order. Our cottage was just perfect . A comfortable King Bed with shower and the day bed outside on the deck is great to relax. This is the best possible location here in An Bang, on the beach and walk to literally 100 different restaurants to choose with a 10-15 minute stroll. You will love it here.

It's a much better place to stay than it looks. da At first, I was wondering why other users had good reviews, but after living, I think it's worth it. da I liked the friendly manager and the quick response. da From the point of view of using both breakfast and barbecue, the amount is very large. da Delicious food and clean facilities. Pickup and drop-off were also well guided, so I used it conveniently.

We really enjoyed staying here, it was pure luxury, it had everything we needed. Our breakfast every morning was delicious. Thuong was really helpful with tours and information. We loved the quite neighbourhood, with lovely local restaurants and easy access to the beach.

Her house was beautiful, everything was prepared, like the pictures, and breakfast and coffee are really good. She quickly recognized the tea we could ride on the move, and it was nice to have beer and drinks at home at a lower price than the market. If I come to Hoi An and Anbang Beach next time, I want to stay in her inner city again.

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

It was nice to be able to use good facilities for the price.

Eddy and Thao's place was lovely. And they were both so helpful with any requests or questions. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Perhaps a few more plates, cutlery etc would have been good, but there was everything I needed. Pool was excellent. The only downside was the location which didn't have a lot around it, restaurants etc. But it's basically essential to have a motorbike in Hoi An anyway so not a big deal. Can't recommend it highly enough. Will stay there again if I go back to Hoi An.

It was a good trip.

I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Hoi An. We loved our time here, especially the pool and the amazing breakfast. We will stay again whenever we are back in Hoi An.

Nice spotless apartment inside 4 star resort hotel. Good beds. Very Clean. All hotel amenities are available to use. Good breakfast. Would recommend.

The host responded quickly and always gave me friendly guidance.They even lent me a bike and picked me up at the airport.The price is also cheap

This place was exactly what I was looking for - spacious, comfortable, quiet, close but not in the midst of the noise / action of the old town. It was a 7 min taxi ride by Grab from the old town, which cost about $2. The premise is lovely, lots of windows and natural light, AC, washer, hot water, kitchen etc. The management was so kind and helpful. They arranged airport transfer at a great price, were available if I needed anything and made you feel very comfortable without being overbearing.

This is a great place away from the masses of hoi an. Quiet area. Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Big rooms, nice shower. Good wifi aircon and nice bed Hired a motor bike through them that was not great old and poorly serviced. But it was convenient. If I stayed longer would have rented direct for better quality and price. But this is an excellent Airbnb. In the area it's hard to beat. Even a small swimming pool. 10 out of 10 great value

Great stay option in Hoi An. Peter and Tan were very helpful with local tips and recommendations and spent time ensuring I was well accommodated. Breakfast was provided each day on request and use of the pool anytime. Would highly recommend.

The home stay is very well located to old town, just a 5 minute walk away. Our host was very helpful through out the stay. We were arranged a shuttle bus from airport, motor bikes to ride around the city etc. Room is very clean and all facilities provided as advertised. We were served very good breakfast. Enjoyed staying here. Will stay in same place if I come back to Hoian

We had the best stay here. -The room is very modern and feels cosy at the same time. -The view is stunning - You have all the shops and nice restaurants you could wish for in walking distance Our host was super friendly and so accommodating. The location was perfect—the night market is one street over and the ancient town is a less than 5 minute walk. The unit was clean and once they were able to move me to a back room after the first night, it was nice and quiet. Everyone working at the homestay was very kind. Breakfast is simple and convenient when you have an early morning tour.

Great place to stay! Secluded yet not too far off Hoi An City Centre. Rooms were beautiful, clean and nicely furnished. Every staff interaction was lovely and I would stay there again should I return to Hoi An.
