This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers plenty of sleeping options for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi are available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.

A 55 m2 apartment in the heart of the Ruhr area. The 25 m2 bathroom has a jacuzzi, in addition, the apartment has an infrared sauna. The kitchen-living room has a small kitchen block with dishwasher and microwave, for which a fully automatic coffee maker is at your disposal. The apartment is located on a quiet side street but still central. Shops within walking distance, direct connection to the highway.
