Super location - everything is fine, best communication with Gianpiero. In the "eye of the hurricane" with such a central location, it can't be quiet out there - especially on weekend nights - but windows close well! 1A location has many advantages - great shops and restaurants and most important Durres points all around!

My family and I visited Albanea for the first time. Having a good place to stay was essential. Clean, organized place with space for my baby to walk around and a wonderful view of the sunset. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning next holiday 😍

This was an excellent place to stay for us as our original booking got cancelled on the day. Henri was super communicative and let us come with less than an hour's notice to stay for a night. The place was clean and large. We were 7 people and very comfortable. Two floors with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, balcony, TV and a fish tank. It was all very well put together. It is 6-7 minutes walk to the beach, crossing the old railway track. There is a supermarket literally next door, and some restaurants (pizza, kebab) a few minutes walk. But the main sights of old Durres requires a bus which goes from the main road (3-4 minutes walk) and cost us 40 ALL each. The main bus station with buses from Tirana is about 26-28 minutes walk (not recommended) or the 10 minutes bus ride if you can find the bus. The place is basically at the beginning of the beach area very close to the main road, which is a bit of an industrial road. Lots of space for the money and kind host.

We enjoyed our stay at Aldo's very much! It's a lovely studio with all you can need. There is free parking. Bed was very comfy. Aldo is a great host as he is flexible and always reachable. We'll definitely recommend!

It match the description, we really enjoyed staying there. We had a wander full time with my family, really quiet area. I totally recommend.

Setmir and his wife are extremely helpful and friendly. They accommodated an early arrival and even helped us find the home since it was difficult to find with Google maps. The place was clean and everything worked well. The only problem was the water. It wouldn't always get hot but it's because it's on a panel so weather and other neighbors can affect that. It was hot most of the time though. And the dog ❤️ I fell in love with their little dog. So friendly. It's a quiet neighborhood with a few small stores within walking distance. Thanks again!

Zhanna is an amazing and very hospitable host. She even had her husband pick us up from the airport and drive us straight to the place. The property is one room and perfect for a couple of people. Very clean and the pictures are exactly as described. It is a close walk to the beach which is nice but the area around the apartment is a little run down. Other than that this is a great place to stay if you’re looking to visit Durres.

The hosts are so friendly. They reply fast and are very helpful. The appartment is beautiful, the view! Omg! We rent a car and I guess, this is neccessary to be able to see a lot of the beautiful landscape of albania. Thank you! We felt so comfortable :-)

A very good value for the money. The place is like in the pictures. Its not deluxe but it's clean. You have a bit of a terrace for you own use. It is very close to the south part of Durres beach with access to restaurants, shops and bus station. Its easy to reach by car and also you can keep car inside the courtyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the night. I recommend it for people with children or solo travelers. Ergent and his family are very responsive.

Ardit was extremely helpful and the communication was super easy. We had arranged a pick up at the airport and he had no problem waiting for us for over 3 hours because the flight was delayed, overall we had a great time at this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes to have a bit of quit, with a little garden and even a wood pizza oven!! 10/10

Centrally located accommodation and very convenient to all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants and the sea. Super available host!

We (family of parents and three grown children) stayed at Ester’s beach house in Lura 1 north of Durrës. The house worked well, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and pretty veranda. We spend many hours there. We faced an issue with the aircondition and the owner of the house called for a workman and stayed for the 3-4 hours it took to fix it, so that was taken care of in a very professional way. The house is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and a little supermarket. The beach is good with fine, white sand. The restaurants along the beach were so so, we found a restaurant a little further up the beach called Aqua (located in Lura 3), which we highly recommend, but also a bit more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. All in all a good stay which we can recommend for a family and Ester is very easy to communicate with and replies fast.

Lovely, spacious, very clean apartment with everything we needed. Having two shower rooms was great with 3 boys needing a shower after the beach. Nice, clean kitchen area with plates, equipment, cutlery for preparing meals etc. Air con was in every room. Location ideal, minutes from the supermarket and about 10min walk to the beach/cafes. Lots of free parking. Can use pool if you'd like. Had a great time thank you.

Great host, clean apartment, great place to stay in the summer season, when Golem is lively filled by tourists. Off season the city is really still, but great to calm down and his apartment is great to use as a home to do trips from. Thanks Vin!

The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

Great location, everything you need within 5 min walk: restaurants, bus stop, supermarketem, Beach Bar. The beach was right in front of the property, so the view from the balony was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, the place was clean. We really enjoyed our stary here.

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

The experience overall was definitely 5 out of 5 in every criteria. We loved the stay from beginning till the end. The highlights were the friendliness of the hosts, the cozy environment that made us feel like home and of course the breathtaking view from the balcony. We even got the chance to see a beautiful sunset. Amazing stay!
