My husband and I spent two wonderful days here. The accommodation is in a very convenient location — close to the bus station and not far from the beach, yet in a quiet and peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s worth noting that to get to the beach, you need to cross a railway line. There is a pedestrian bridge available, although it doesn’t appear on the map, which might make it seem further than it really is — in reality, it’s very close and easy to reach. There are also plenty of fish shops and restaurants nearby, which adds to the convenience and charm of the area. The house itself fully matched the description: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. We were very happy with our time here. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we truly appreciate it and wish them all the best!

We had a wonderful time at Lejla's accommodation. She was always available and immediately helped with problems. Her homemade food tasted very, very delicious. The hospitality is exceptional by German standards. People have always helped us. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Xhesika is a sociable and helpful person, I liked staying in her house, with a garden that is growing new plants and this made staying in her independent accommodation more interesting. You can park your car sheltered inside without having any worries. If you don't have a car there are all services nearby.

We (family of parents and three grown children) stayed at Ester’s beach house in Lura 1 north of Durrës. The house worked well, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and pretty veranda. We spend many hours there. We faced an issue with the aircondition and the owner of the house called for a workman and stayed for the 3-4 hours it took to fix it, so that was taken care of in a very professional way. The house is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and a little supermarket. The beach is good with fine, white sand. The restaurants along the beach were so so, we found a restaurant a little further up the beach called Aqua (located in Lura 3), which we highly recommend, but also a bit more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. All in all a good stay which we can recommend for a family and Ester is very easy to communicate with and replies fast.

We were happy to be back! Great house for a group or family in a quiet corner, great garden.

Marjo was the best host I ever had in my life! He let you feel home from the first moment! Now is like a friend, the villa is beautiful and perfect, and marjo has been very helpful with everything, I can’t recommend him enough, he made our stay unforgettable!

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa near Durres and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect: quiet, yet close to the sea and the city center.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Cheaa was an excellent host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting .

A really good place to go ! The only trouble is the water pressure that deserves to be upgraded if it's possible. The villa is confortable, perfect for big group ! Take some rental cars to enjoy the country. Special mention for Leonora, she's kind and very helpful. She finds us driver and make some groceries for us before our arrival.

We had a great time and are definitively giving a deserved 5-star rating - but please be aware of a few things before you book: - there are only 4 double bed + 1 matress + 1 small folding bed - even though there is some equipment, the kitchen is not fully equipped for 10 guests and a few extras are missing like doormats - a few things are not well thought out (some windows cannot be opened completely and the whirlpool function in the pool does not work) - we had as much mosquito bites as never before in our lives, so better come prepared :) Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay, as the pool and the living room were perfect as well as having such a close distance to the beach. We got also offered to check-out later, so thank you very much!

The Christmas decorations were stunning, with a beautifully lit tree and cozy fireplace creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The host’s hospitality was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The villa was spotless, and the accommodation met all our needs. It looked exactly like the photos online—if not even better! A highlight was the guided tour provided by the host, allowing us to explore the historical city of Kruja and Cape of Rodon. This added so much to our trip, making it both relaxing and full of adventure. The birthday celebration turned out more beautiful than we imagined, thanks to the villa’s ambiance, perfect accommodation, and the host’s dedication. I highly recommend Vila Dy Bukuritë for a clean, festive, and relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return!

I recently stayed at Alba Villa and had a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean and offered a stunning view that made our stay truly memorable. The owner was exceptionally helpful and flexible, providing us with all the information we needed and ensuring we were well taken care of. Their hospitality was outstanding, making us feel right at home. The only minor issue was that the road leading to the villa was not well-maintained, which made it a bit challenging to reach the property. However, once we arrived, everything else was perfect. I highly recommend Alba Villa for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Great place to stay in Durres, super close to the beach and all the restaurants. The view from the balcony is wonderful, great for sunsets. (We had a little leak in the bathroom, but nothing too bad.) Would recommend for sure !

Our host was very reactive and helpful with any queries we had. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with many extra items in the bathroom and kitchen. We felt very welcome and had plenty of space gor our group of 5 adults. Clear instructions for everything.

They are the best. Very responsive and always willing to help when you need it. My family and I were new to the country and the host went the extra mile to help us out with many things. They are just amazing and we were very happy to be here.

Ari is the best host! He’s very responsive and one of the reasons our stay has been so great! The place is near everything and you can do a lot of shopping and exploring. The place is just like the pictures which is great.

Look no further! This is an amazing apartment. It is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, roomy and close to everything you need and want. Jorida is a fabulous host. She is incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definately stay here again when I return.

All was fine and a very nice host who also showed us around in the neighbourhood, which is quite chilled with a calm and happy athmosphere and plenty of markets and good restaurants.

If you want to have a seaside holiday, it's a great choice. The beachside is perfectly located in the area with restaurants and cafes. The house was clean, our host responded quickly and clearly to all questions. There may be problems with parking. The back street is very narrow, so we looked for a parking space for about half an hour. I did not have any problems with noise. As soon as you close the balcony door at night, all sounds are cut off and it is a peaceful place. It was also good to have air conditioning inside.
